-braised for 6 hours then roasted, seasoned with Big Island Fresh Lilikoi and house Mediterranean Spice, garnished with Shimeji mushrooms and micro beet tops.

ULU VADOUVAN (French Curry) Gnocchi
– Hawaii Ulu Coop with French Curry and freshly grated Parmesan, garnished with garlic flowers

MARI’S GARDEN SALAD
-Roasted eggplant puree, Mari’s Okinawa Spinach, Kunia Farms Yellow Squash, Roasted Baby Potatoes, Shimeji mushrooms and Big Island Lemon Vinaigrette
